To collect your rental car, the essential documents to have in hand are your driver’s license and a valid credit card. We are more than willing to provide you with further information about the driver’s license if necessary. Non-Australian citizens may be requested to produce their passport. Below is a concise list of the items to bring with you when visiting the depot to pick up your rental vehicle:

Upon the conclusion of your rental, your security deposit will be refunded to your credit card, assuming there are no additional charges. The refund processing period typically spans 7 to 10 business days.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in rental vehicles across Australia, and it’s considered a legal offense in certain Australian states to smoke in a vehicle when passengers under 18 years old are present.
Certainly! You can request baby seats and child booster seats when making your reservation, provided that your pick-up is scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. If you’ve already completed your rental car booking, please reach out to our Customer Care Team. Alternatively, you can reply to the confirmation email, specifying your child’s age.
Yes, you must provide your credit card at the rental counter during the pickup of your rental car. The person holding the credit card will be required to be present to sign the rental agreement.
If your driver’s license is not entirely in English, you must provide either an International Driver’s Permit or an official translation. Only original documents will be accepted; photocopies will not be considered valid.
Additional drivers are permitted, prior to adding an extra driver, it is necessary for them to provide their driver’s license upon vehicle pickup. Feel free to contact us for precise information regarding the fees and terms and conditions applicable to additional drivers.
